piccolodick.com, also known as Daily Dose, is a shock site. The name is a reference to a character from the anime Dragon Ball Z. It shows a picture of a naked old woman with sunglasses in a car presenting the viewer her vagina along with the song "Kritikal - Green and Purple" playing in the background.
There is also a hidden page that is only opened by clicking on the W3C banner. The hidden page shows a large picture of man with a tiny penis along with the song "Oingo Boingo - Little Girls" in the background. That image's name is called Spike.jpg.
