Matsuyama Dokuhara
Matsuyama is a Japanese shock site that was launched in 2006. The front page depicts an image of Jeff the Killer edited to have multiple eyes, as well as Japanese text. When translated, it explains how the author was disgruntled with a hospital and created an entire shock site in retaliation. The rest of the content on the site consists of extreme gore and pornography. The images have changed a few times on the site.

- People getting beheaded.
- A man's head being blown off by a firearm.
- A mangled fetus.
- A woman's vagina being nailed to a board; her nipples were missing, but she presumably had large stitches on her breasts.
- A vagina with maggots and earthworms.
- No Mercy in Mexico.
- FunkyTown.
- A live rat getting blended.
- A man's penis getting eaten by a dog; this was speculated to be an infamous gore video depicting two pitbulls brutally castrating a rapist.
- Numerous corpses.
Spread
in January 2025, the site garnered attention on r/OriginalJTFImage, a subreddit dedicated to finding the origins of the Jeff the Killer image. The original poster, u/MattiBoy95, recalled that they were casually searching for Jeff the Killer-related content until gruesome images abruptly filled their screen.[1]
