Creepy Ugly Guy
Creepy Ugly Guy is a name given to a disturbing, photoshopped image of a man, edited to have pigtails, a beard, a pierced ear, a chimpanzee's smile, and having heterochromia. The image was popular in the early 2000s, and was used in many screamers. The image is from the 90s game Kai's Power Goo, a game where you edit photos of people's faces. It is unknown when the image first appeared on the internet, or when it was first created.
