The forums and screamer gallery are coming back this week, promise.
The Screamer Forums will likely be read only unless it's known that it will be active, since forums in general are kind of dead because of Discord.
As for the gallery, that'll be back and fully usable soon.

This video shows someone in a forest and looking in every direction, wondering where he is. He then starts walking in the other direction, and soon after that, a picture of a coyote with his mouth wide open showing his teeth pops up, accompanied by a loud scream. The original version of this screamer had the zombie from the K-fee ads pop up instead of the coyote. You can actually see the zombie for a split-second before the coyote pops up in the second version.
