Stare at the dot for 15 seconds is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on April 8, 2011 made by Kieron Davies.

The video invites the viewer to stare at the center of a dot within the large circle for 15 seconds. However, after 15 seconds, the dot started to fade out. which then displays an image of a face from What's Wrong? face appears along with a loud scream.
