Happy Happy Halloween was an animation hosted on Alienatedmedia.com in 2004, a few years later, the animation was taken down.

The animation is supposed to be a television show with dancing faces. (This is the commercial for the Halloween 3 Silver Shamrock Mask) In the part where the image of a pumpkin flashes on the TV, After a while, a zombie leaps with a scream from the top left corner.
