Dumb Animals is the name of a public information film, and it's a frustrating charity known as "Respect for Animals" attempting to stop the animal fur trading.
The ad begins with 3 women in a boutique wearing coats that were made out of animal fur with pop music plays along with it, Then the woman spins her fur coat in a fast-close up and squirting out bloodstains right in front of the people accompanied along with animal scream, the commercial ends with this message "It takes up to 40 dumb animals to make a fur coat. But only one to wear it."
