The featured clip is actually one of the sample videos from Windows Vista. Captions overlay the footage, challenging viewers to "Find the mistake in this video…". When the bear starts walking, another caption appears, urging viewers to "Look closer…" and revealing the supposed anomaly: the bear is wearing a bow-tie. However, this is a prank, as the bear is not actually wearing a bow-tie. Just moments after the second caption appears, a low-quality image of the What's Wrong face appears, accompanied by a louder variant of Ren Höek's scream.
