#3: It shows a man saying that the viewer called him, "Dark choocolate" but then goes on to say, "AKA young sexy mother-" and then the sentence and scene gets interrupted by the boy who appears from upside down and screams. This is the same footage as the African American dwarf man but zoomed in and vertically flipped. It ends with the man talking about something else while the kid goes away from the screen for the remainder of the meme commercial.
