Omsj is a 14-second video uploaded to YouTube on February 9th, 2016 by the user Adrian Cofrancesco. It starts out with a Russian girl at the camera, saying something, but then, 4 seconds later, a flurry of gore, red lights, and scary faces (including Regan MacNeil and Pazuzu from The Exorcist) pop up, accompanied by a very loud screech. It then returns to the girl, shaking her head and saying something again. She then smiles.
