Scary Grandma is a screamer video by Chris Smith. As of 2019, the video has more than 5.81 million views.
The video in itself is basically just the K-fee car commercial; with the car driving down the hillside and with the soothing music playing. However, after 7 seconds, a man in a red shirt with black sleeves and wearing a cap (the creator of this video), appears via a green screen facing away from the viewer repeatedly saying "Hey grandma!" and also tells the viewer that "Grandma's here!" (presumably talking about the person driving the car).
Of course, considering this is the K-fee car commercial, it would be natural for the zombie to appear, and the aforementioned does expectedly occur at the very end, with the zombie appearing and scaring the man with a loud scream. The video then ends with text reading "Now that you have to use the Restroom", "Now is a Good time".
