Like in many of their [[Early Liquid Generation E-Card Sabotages|older E-Card pranks]], the point is less about scaring the viewer and more about embarrassing or possibly offending them with unexpected NSFW material.

The viewer is presented with a choice of viewing two different animations that involve a cute character singing a love song to them. They can choose to see either a teddy bear or a clown from a jack-in-the-box perform the song. The lyrics are the same for both characters, but each of them sings the song in a different voice:
