fred.jpg is a screamer hosted on the same website as anne.jpg.
The screamer first shows the b*tch please(or Yao Ming face) meme with some spanish text. When translated to English, it means "Once upon a time a man was so ugly that". The writing is shown as it looks like it is being typed. Then the sentence is interrupted and a horrific zombie picture appears with a loud scream.
