x-rider.com is a screamer website from a South Korean movie called Epitaph. The website shows a picture of a smiling dead woman, with her face covered in blood and her eyes all black. There are no screams actually, is just a loud sound effect from the movie that, in a loop, cause it to be annoying.
The website went offline in June of 2015, but went back online in early 2017.
