The game starts out by showing 2 identical pictures of 2 mirrored figures, and asks the player to find five differences between these pictures shown, and the player must click parts of the image; if a difference is found, a red circle will appear on both images. However, there are in fact only four differences. After a while when the fourth difference is found, a zombie pops up with a female scream. The game then tells the player to send the screamer to his or her friends.
