Dinosaur Skull is a screamer video, uploaded to YouTube by user VenerableDread on October 14th, 2006.
The video asks the viewer to find something wrong behind the dinosaur skull, they are also asked to look very closely to find it easily, then a picture of the dinosaur skull is shown, However, after a few seconds, the picture zooms in a bit, along with the same scream from What's Wrong?, after the screamer, the video then follows up with the message stating that you got pranked, the video then ends.
