inciswf.com/cute.swf is a screamer webpage made by SpareTec, now known as Zeroxeon. it shows a stock photo of a cute cat, but after around 7 seconds, the screen cuts to a close-up picture of What's Wrong? in yellow, accompanied by a loud scream from Sonic.exe, the website then restarts, It is intended to be sent as a prank.
While the Flash animation is currently gone from Inciswf (where the SWF was located), it can be still found via the Wayback Machine.
