Cute Animals is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by CyborgAngel13 on July 17th, 2007.
The video starts with someone drawing cute animals, but after 2 seconds have passed, a picture showing creepy black and white eyes (possibly Pazuzu) appears, along with a terrifying loud scream.
The video has the screamer on a thumbnail; it already displays the picture, and it gives it away.
