EAS Scenario: Ultimate Halloween is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by DCO Nightingale on April 30, 2018.
The video goes around a story, told by dialogue and Emergency Alert System (EAS) messages. 17 minutes and 50 seconds into the video, text appears, that says: "Before you get to call 911, you hear your friend scream their name...". The screen is dark for a few seconds, before bold, yellow text reads: "AND THAT'S WHEN". Immediately afterwards, a screamer, featuring a black-and-white boy with a snapchat filter over his face pops up with a loud echoing scream.
