The Scariest Screamer Ever is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube in 2008 by Saigonochakra.
First, the creator asks the user to prepare themselves for the "scariest" scream ever. After 10 seconds, the player receives a countdown. When it finishes, a picture of James Root from Slipknot appears with one of his masks with a loud scream. It's the same image used in Stickman Screamer.
