Hör- und sehtest was a German Flash game from 2004 that disguised itself as a test for hearing and seeing. In English, it would mean "Hearing and Seeing test". The game itself featured several tests the player has to go trough, starting with a hearing test in which the player is prompted to press one of four options depending on what they hear.
It was first uploaded on the website Chaospisser.de which also featured non screamer Flash games.
