What Wrong With This Picture (Hotogainc) was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by hotogainc, the creator behind An Optical Illusion (Not from StareClips.com). It was later deleted for having a gruesome image as a part of the screamer segment, the screamer is intended to be similar to the original What's Wrong?.

The video begins with an image of a dining room, 17 seconds later, a slideshow of screamer images is shown, the images are the original WWWTP image, a picture of Regan MacNeil, a smiling ghost face, a zombie, a ten glowing-eyed banshee, a pixelated image of a crushed head, a scary woman, a burnt woman, and a few Halloween masks, accompanied by a loud scream before a Rick Roll appeared.
