Seymay Time (A.K.A セイメイタイム) was a shock video uploaded to YouTube by nomotynonono on June 24, 2009.
For the most part of the video, it's a Japanese game show with a clock ticking noise being heard in the background. However, on the right of the video, the scene cuts to a Japanese man committing self-harm (hard to tell because it's blurry).
