Smb3free.cf was an online flash game built with the Hello Mario Engine plugin. It was created by AnimatorXP for the "Create your own screamer!" contest, which was held on January 1st, 2016. The game itself pretends to be a free flash port of Super Mario Bros. 3.
This game only contains a single level, which naturally looks quite similar to those found in the actual SMB3.
