Seymay Time (AKA セイメイタイム) was a shock YouTube video uploaded to YouTube by nomoty on June 24, 2009.
For the most part of the video, it's a Japanese game show with a clock ticking noise being heard in the background. However, on the right of the video, the scene cuts to a black-haired Japanese man in a blue shirt committing self-harm (hard to tell because it's blurry). The ticking noise is actually the sound of his arm being cut, the video has since been removed, and the earliest known archive shows that the video has accumulated over 250,000 views in 2009 before getting deleted.
