ghost in the tv is a Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas screamer video uploaded to YouTube made by snow734 on July 3rd, 2008.
Video
The video starts off with the game's main character CJ crouching in his house. A text then says: "this is the tv in CJ's house" and then the video maker continues writing that he was recording because he was testing a program. He then tells the viewers to look into the TV screen in order to see a ghost-like face. After waiting there for a bit, at 0:10 the screamer appears. The screamer itself is a still picture of a man looking into his nose with a teen screaming (the picture itself is not horror, however the sound is quite loud). The video maker later writes "ownend! ^^" (Correctly written: owned) implying that the viewer got scared. Then video then fades out and ends.
