Watch This While High is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user Ace42007 on April 5, 2007, The video has obtained over 1.2 million views as of 2020
. The video begins with a drawn smiling sun accompanied by the song "The Best Day Ever" from SpongeBob SquarePants, the picture then changes to SpongeBob after about 14 seconds. When the chorus begins, a picture of SpongeBob and Patrick appears. However, after 39 seconds, an array of disturbing images pops up with a loud, distorted sound, before cutting the scene into a black screen. These images include:
