13 second ghost, known as Ghost of TsimFuckis is a screamer video made by Kaldazaar, a kid known for suffering from progeria. It was originally made around 2009, and several mirror copies exist.
The video starts off of a empty bedroom of the user with sports logos and frame etc in the background, At 12 seconds, to the point where he screams and waving his head back and forth while yelling. Then he stops and cuts the video, the description simply says: "Scary..."
