Playstation 4 Kill Screen (FAKE) is screamer video uploaded by ShermanBarker チャンネル.
The video tells you it ran into some technical difficulties and that you have to turn your PS4 off, which is indicated in 4 languages: English, French, Japanese and Spanish. You can either continue playing or turn it off. If you will continue, it tells you you REALLY need to turn off your PS4 to prevent further damage to your system.
