3D Scary popup is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube crazycarl999111.
Video
The video appears with text saying: "Stare at the yellow dot for 25 seconds" it makes the viewers stare beginning at the yellow dot. However, but at 15 seconds mark. a picture of a vampire appears with the same scream from Sonic.exe.
