Saw IIII preview is a screamer video uploaded by YouTube user incenserd in July 6, 2007, but in June 2007 the video is uploaded called Best illusion ever. much like the horror movie immediately.

The Video shows the guy climbing up the chair immediately. but these guys wrestling each other while doing outside. but at 0:02, it will show up a picture of Jigsaw from the SAW franchise appears with the guy screaming at the viewer.
