The Screamer Forums will likely remain read only unless it's known that it will be active, since forums in general are kind of dead because of Discord.

To find out where the screamer is, scroll down until it reaches to the section called: "Useful Items". This section has the text "This is my file vault. Shhhh", well Upon clicking the "Shhh..." leads to a blank page with a text stating that "You found it ".
