Leafy.exe is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by a user XandroR2 (under the name of his YouTube account: "xandro from 2017") the video was uploaded on April Fools' Day of 2016, the video was edited with YouTube's video editor.
This video starts with a text: "Leafy.exe (Evil Leafy) is On BFDI". After this, The video uses the footage called: "BFDIA 1 Alternative Cut" with a little bit of change added into it.
To elucidate the point of the video, Leafy gets stunned by Pencil with the 'Leafy-Detector' device after losing her in sight, An evil entity version of Leafy (which simply referred to be as "Leafy.exe") can be seen behind the trees. After the stun effect fades away and the objects found her, the objects continues chasing her as the video fades into black, After 2 seconds of suspense, a picture of a What's Wrong? face appears with no scream.
