The trailer for the 2017 independent Hindi film BALLOON contains a screamer. It was uploaded in 2017, but was blocked due to copyright infringement but there is a re-upload of it in 2018 that works in all countries.
The trailer starts out with a security camera-like footage of a bedroom with a blue filter with Jeeva sleeping with the covers going off of him. Then a suddenly a man walks into the room and then leaves the shot. Then pretty soon after a while, a black figure wearing a clown mask (the main villain of the film) jumps up and screams at the camera.
