Find 5 Things Wrong! is a screamer project that was uploaded on Scratch on May 8, 2008 by a user named joelndhs. The project is basically just based on What's Wrong.
The project starts out by showing a image of Fangorn Forest, originally painted by Ted Nasmith. There is a note that is displayed at the top telling the player to find five errors behind ths image. Therefore, there are no errors in this picture, regardless of what errors the player was trying to find. after a few seconds, the note subsequently vanishes, and a screamer occurs after it happened, which shows a picture of Regan MacNeil, together with a loud scream, the game freezes, it can be restarted again by pressing a red circle at the top.
