Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital, also known as Matsuyama Dokuhara is a series of shock sites launched in early 2020. The websites were created out of deep-seated resentment toward the actual medical institution of the same name. They feature a collection of graphic content, obscure messages, and targeted insults directed at the hospital’s director, Yuichiro Oka.
Investigation
At first, people started talking about the shock site a long time ago in a thread on a Japanese website called LiveDoor on February 3rd, 2020. Even though the website hasn't been fully investigated yet, many people on the internet finally found a social media post from February 4th, 2020, which was posted by someone with the name @nanashi43044_2 from Twitter. Inside this post, the person clearly said that they had called a hospital to find out if the site was real, and they also said that a formal check was being done at that exact time. Still, even after <s>five</s> six whole years have gone by, no one has ever been able to take any legal action or punish the creator.

These "harassment" websites moved around very often because many people kept reporting them to many different internet companies. While some of the most site's content including animal abuse and generic shock sites (including Goatse, Tubgirl, etc.) were eventually taken away, the people who made the site on purpose used a company called Somee International Inc. because it was a very cheap way to keep their website running. Several Japanese users also sent messages under the hospital's Google Reviews warning users about the existence of such site.
A few internet detectives discovered website's path to be a country far away from Japan. However, these clues are very hard to prove for sure; unless the computer server is run by a small person in another country. In this case, if the person who made the site just used a public Wi-Fi or a computer cafe, then it becomes almost impossible to find where the data really came from.
Debating of the site's purpose, many people think the creator might be a person who keeps bothering others by making many fake websites to hurt people's names. One common idea is that the person used to work at a company but was let go. In this story, a boss at a firm thought this person was malicious and decided to fire them; then, because they could not go to a real court, the person made these mean and hidden websites to get back at them. Some people who are watching the case also say that the creator likely spent a lot of time on Must Not Search wiki, because the site has many things that are just like what is found there.
People on the internet have slowly made their list of suspects smaller until only a few people are left. Some people really believe that the person is Hiromu Asami, a man who used to run Must Not Search and who supposedly posted on the 5ch board. Other people think it is a person called Kenpo-kun, because they saw that the website has a name very similar to his own blog, which is called Matsuyama Dokuhara. Even though Kenpo-kun eventually made a Twitter post (which he later deleted) to say that he did not do it, people still keep talking and guessing about the connection between them.

The website is presented as a "review" but functions as satire or a bizarre protest. The author displays a hostile, eccentric tone, stating: 「一切合切凡庸なあなたじゃ分からない松山ドクハラ口コミですが、なにか？ ("It's a Matsuyama Doctor Harassment review that an absolutely mediocre person like you wouldn't understand, but so what?")
He directs his ire at medical malpractice, warning visitors: "Be careful of hospitals and doctors like this! Making heartless remarks and actions to patients and their families. Doctor harassment... deep darkness."
The site explicitly warns visitors: 一部の画像はスープおじさんでも出るようになったので注意 ("Caution: Some images now feature 'Soup Uncle' as well"). Soup Uncle refers to a graphic photograph from Rotten.com depicting an elderly man who passed away in a hot bath, resulting in advanced decomposition. The Safe for Work version is drawn out and attached next to the article on the right, courtesy of Pixiv user Hazuki (葉月@少し低迷なう). The text also contains a description of the "Concrete high school girl murder case", detailing her 44-day imprisonment and torture by four minors in Adachi Ward. Her corpse was buried down in concrete after she was killed from a gruesome torture.
The author begins to show his own personal despair and absurdist threats. He explains: "I have despaired of everything in this country called Japan. I have no regrets left. Tomorrow at 6 AM at Matsuyama Doc-hara Hospital, I will do the Nubejonnuzojonberumittisumogeronbo gymnastics. You absolutely cannot stop me heehee lol." Additionally, he threatens a massive lawsuit regarding an unspecified "operation," claiming: "So if I die, it's your fault~~ lol Pay me ¥32.5 billion in compensation."
The site uses specific keywords to attract traffic from search engines. This includes strings of text like: “Matsuyama Festival Matsuyama City 5ch reviews reputation Motorcycle Man Words You Shouldn't Search wiki". The "Motorcycle Man" (モーターサイクル男) in question refers to another infamous shock image of a man's face blown off from Rotten.com titled Motorcycle.jpg. The page includes comment logs from this wiki dating up to 2022. It ends with a reference to its own entry: 松山市ドクハラ臭い闇 (Matsuyama City Doc-hara Smelly Darkness). It remains unclear if the author intended for the site to be documented as an article for Must Not Search, hence the name "wikiwiki".
The site’s content features a series of files, including 22666.mp4, 0.gif, 2266625.mp4, and 25.mp4. These videos are designed with an autoplay function that forces them to run automatically. Even without a user’s consent or a manual click, the footage begins to play the moment it appears on the screen.

The website prominently displays incredibly long strings of nonsensical text and swastika symbols, additionally including some bizarrely taunting Japanese phrases: "I'm messing around [spinning kaomoji noise] 'I am looking for fun Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital reviews' How fun [gibberish kaomoji taunting sound]" (ふざけます三└(┐卍^o^)卍ﾄﾞｩﾙﾙﾙﾙﾙ「私は楽しい松山協和病院口コミを探しています」楽しいなホアヨダリツm9(^Д^)9mプギャー). Furthermore, the text eventually adds up to a mock phone call to the police regarding the hospital's director Yuichiro Oka with excessive laughter: "Hello lollllll Is this the police? lol [creepy wheeze] Actually lol the Doc-hara [Doctor Harassment] Yuichiro Oka is lollol Huh? You're a butcher? lollol Well that's perfect lollol Give me one chilled tofu lollol without the tofu lollol Ding" ((^o^)?┐もしもしwwwwwww警察ですかwwwｺﾎﾟｫwwwちょっとですねwwwドクハラ岡祐一郎がwwwwwwえ？うちは肉屋？wwwwwwそりゃちょうどいいwwwwww冷奴1つ下さいwwwwwwww豆腐抜きでwwwwww( ^o^)Г? チンッ).
This site features scrolling, rainbow-colored text, plus rambling English claims about "Kenpo-kun" and his alleged stalking throughout the page. Kenpo-kun is the creator of the infamous edit of Jeff the Killer with multiple eyes from YouTube. Every section of the page contains multiple medical accusations, significantly including but not limited to the following claims.
The creator repeatedly complains about a severe disconnect between the hospital's public image and its secretly private actions: "The massive gap between the public face of respecting human rights and the hidden face that repeatedly violated human rights. Yuichiro Oka's heart of darkness" (人権尊重を掲げる表の顔と、人権侵害を繰り返していた裏の顔のあまりの落差落差。岡祐一郎心の闇 協和病院【松山協和病院】).
They levy heavy accusations of workers' compensation fraud and legal violations, while mockingly attacking the staff members: "Workers' compensation fraud [Legal violation] Brats who don't even know workers' comp have stinky heads lol Fraudulent insurance billing, a classic medical occurrence lol" (労災保険詐欺 【医師法違反】労災保険も知らないガキ頭臭すぎ(●´ω｀●)wwwwwww 保険の不正請求医療あるあるww).
Targeting specific doctors, the author brands Oka an "incompetent perverted scum" who only makes situations increasingly worse: "Yuichiro Oka, who only makes matters worse by doing unnecessary things" (余計なことをしてかえって事態を悪化させてしまう岡祐一郎).
Furthermore, the author questions the hospital's leadership by asking who would ever make such an incompetent person director: "Who made this incompetent perverted scum [Yuichiro Oka] the director? This hospital must be really short on people lol" (誰よwこんな無能な変態クズを院長にしたのはw よほどこの病院人材不足なんだな). The creator uses the local tourism slogan to further mock the hospital through various fabricated news updates quite frequently: "Matsuyama Medical Cooperative, 'Welcome to Matsuyama, the city of hot springs, castles, and literature' - Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital Reputation" (松山医療生活協同組合、「いで湯と城と文学の街、松山市へようこそいらっしゃいました」松山協和病院 評判). They aggressively insist their reviews are genuine experiences, although they are clearly not promotional or staged reviews: "Real user reviews and testimonials, not staged or promotional. [Those with stinky brains who can't understand the accusations are pathetic lol - search]" (ヤラセや宣伝ではない本当に体験した口コミ 評判【告発を理解出来ない頭の臭い人かわいちょかわいちょww検索】).
The author then invents graphic quotes accusing the doctor of sexual harassment while appearing as an unhinged doctor: "A pervert doctor (which obviously refers to Oka) └(՞ةڼ◔)」 appeared!!" (変態医師└(՞ةڼ◔)」があらわれた！！ 『スケベ検診...). These unhinged statements are deliberately switched between copy-pasted sections of the hospital's actual "Patient's Bill of Rights" (患者の権利章典). They include sentiments about nurturing and cherishing life in accordance with the medical cooperative's spirit for the community: "In accordance with the spirit of nurturing and cherishing life, and disciplining oneself for that purpose, as embodied in the medical cooperative's 'Patients' Bill of Rights'..." (医療生協の「患者の権利章典」の、いのちをはぐくみ、いとおしみ、そのために自らを律するという精神に則り...). Additionally, they claim to value each individual's life within the familiar environment of their home and local community: "We value each individual's life so that they can live in a way that suits them within the familiar environment of their home and community..." (住み慣れた家庭や地域の中で自分らしい生活ができるように一人ひとりの生活を大切に考え...).
To drive traffic like wikiwiki, the creator stuffs the site's code with Japanese SEO keywords related to shock sites quite aggressively. The code mentions a particular shock image called Girl in the Bathroom found in a bathtub: "Girl in the Bathroom" (少女浴室), a decomposing corpse of a woman found from an apartment in China.
Beyond shock sites, the webpage contains references to the tragic 2019 Ikebukuro runaway car crash incidents. The creator repeatedly pastes emails sent to the surviving husband, Takuya Matsunaga, while taunting him about his family. This relates to an incident where the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department referred a girl for prosecution. She was suspected of sending abusive emails to the Matsuyama City Hall in Ehime Prefecture. Two taunting emails against Matsunaga read: "Are you sad that your wife and child died? lol... Shall I kill you? lol." (99% it's the creator's made up sociopath fantasy, the original incident is linked here)
The page features copied-and-pasted comment threads from Must Not Search wiki regarding an audio clip of Anago-san. After noticing the wiki discussing their site, the creator pasted those very comments back into their own code.
The code embeds a huge number of graphic GIFs and video files, 0.gif, 000.gif, 0000.gif, 00000.gif, 000000.gif, 0000000.gif, 00000000.gif, 000000000.gif, 0000000000.gif, 01.gif, 00000001.gif, 7.gif, 95.gif, 500.gif, 2.mp4, 4.mp4, 5.mp4, 6.mp4, 8.mp4, 21.mp4, 22.mp4, 24.mp4, 25.mp4, 26.mp4, 27.mp4, 28.mp4, 45.mp4, 66.mp4, 98.mp4, 99.mp4, 22227.mp4, poriaki.mp4, set to autoplay muted loop. The creator masks their appearance by setting their dimensions to zero <code>(width="0" height="0")</code>, meaning the page secretly loads dozens of background files at once. Most of these files link back to a website called matsuyama.helioho.st. However, the file poriaki.mp4 is hosted on a different harassment site or mirror called kubomana.bsite.net. Other codes suddenly trigger a line of hidden sounds and flashing images.

The website features an opening message directed at Yuichiro Oka through a mocking phrase: "The fun Yuichiro Oka-kun and the fun Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital that repeat irresponsible responses" (【無責任対応繰り返す楽しい岡祐一郎くん楽しい松山協和病院】). The author additionally insults individuals by claiming they search for "maggots who pretend to be commentators making local Matsuyama fun" (松山観光「私は地元の松山を楽しくするご意見番気取りの蛆虫を探しています」). These aggressive messages are repeated across the site to relentlessly harass the individuals labeled as "maggots" by the creator.
This section displays comment threads from the Must Not Search wiki regarding the 1992 Ichikawa Family murder case (市川一家4人殺害事件). These posts discuss the death penalty for Mitsuhiko Seki, while the site additionally features 3 Guys 1 Hammer and cartel videos. Furthermore, the page includes descriptions of Junko Furuta and various Japanese pornographic videos regarding BDSM.
The creator shares a real address in Matsuyama City in Ehime Prefecture to potentially dox Dr. Oka. The author started doing this because their posts are being removed from the internet and they mockingly celebrate this news. They tease the doctor with a phrase: "[Good News] The fun criminal scum Yuichiro Oka who repeatedly requests deletions" (【朗報】削除依頼を繰り返す楽しい犯罪者クズ岡祐一郎). The author targets legal experts who help the hospital, specifically complaining about lawyers who profit by deleting content from sites.
They claim the hospital is breaking the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act through various "secret marketing" tactics. The site uses fake error messages to scare users by claiming that a fatal error occurred in a nonsensical language. This message states: "Because a fatal error occurred, the language setting will be changed to Nubejon-nuzojon-berumittisu-mogeronboyo language" (深刻なエラーが発生したため、 設定言語をヌベヂョンヌゾヂョンベルミッティスモゲロンボョ語に変更します).
Hidden in the site is a malicious JavaScript loop that forces users to click a button ten times. Because of a loop in the code, the user cannot close the box and must force their browser to quit. Another pop-up script sends users to the shock website unforgettable.dk if they try to cancel the redirecting process.
The website hosts the following media files: 0000.gif, 00001.gif, 000001.gif, 000001.gif, 00001.gif, 0002.gif, 00002.gif, 5.gif, 5.mp4, 6.gif, 6.mp4, 8.mp4, 26.mp4, 28.gif, 45.mp4, 000000000045.gif, 65.mp4, 66.mp4, 2266.mp4, 22222.mp4, 26622.mp4, 222666.mp4, 666222.mp4.
