The Most Annoying Screamer video Ever (Noise, Strobe Warning) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Eric F on July 16, 2008.
The video begins with black movie maker text repeating the title and giving a "HUGE WARNING" that there are loud noises and strobe lights in the upcoming film, giving the viewer ample time to leave. Then, more text appears, saying "Without further ado, let's begin." Black and red movie maker text appears saying "Something's not right with this picture! Turn your speakers up now!". A photo of Neo and Agent Smith from the film The Matrix with the caption "THERE IS NO B BUTTON" appears for a couple seconds, before the screamers appear, various flashing images with a collage of loud screaming noises appear one of the screams most notably being the Loud Nigra scream. This goes on for the rest of the video and they are:

- American idol star Sanjaya Malakar
- Keith Olbermann
- The late John Madden
- A gif of David Brent from the The Office UK.
- A photo of Captain James T. Kirk from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan doing the famous "KHAN!" scream.

- A gif from Ace Ventura: Pet Detective of Ace Ventura having a fight with the Eagles mascot.
- A screenshot from the Head On commercial.
- A photo of Hillary Clinton's head photoshopped onto Edvard Munch's Scream painting.
