Lady Gaga has a penis! is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on August 7th, 2009, by gabow007.
The video features Lady Gaga flirting with her dancers during a performance of “Money Honey”, along with shots of the enthusiastic crowd and Lady Gaga's stage presence. However, at the 1 minute and 37 seconds point, an upside-down image of Pennywise from IT appears, accompanied by a loud scream. Needless to say, there is no explicit content and Lady Gaga does not reveal she has a penis at any point in the video.
