Very Scary Ghost Pictures is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on October 4, 2007, by user geno2k3. Unlike geno2k3's other screamers, this video has a more humorous undertone.
The video starts with an introductory text that warns the viewer about its disturbing content and claims to showcase a compilation of ghost photos collected by the uploader over the years. It then transitions to the "ghost" photos, starting with a family picture with a poorly cropped photo of Casper the Friendly Ghost displayed on top. The second photo shows a cow on a farm, and the "ghost" image is from a "fan of the month" member photo from Ebaum's World. The third photo shows a man in a dark room with Crazy Ghost in the background.
At the 42-second mark, a picture of Lorraine Massey from the 1997 miniseries adaptation of The Shining appears, accompanied by a faint female scream. The video concludes with a final text that reads, "Remember... stay scared..."
