amrica's important men with (bonus illusion pic) [sic] is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by rasenkazakuser on March 24th, 2008.

The video begins with text that reads "America's important men (illusion pics)" before transitioning to a series of pictures such as Hulk Hogan, Abraham Lincoln, Macho Man, and John Cena. However, after 22 seconds, the flag of the United States is shown along with text instructing the viewer to "look at the very closely". A while later, a picture of a woman with a red-covered face and wide-open mouth appears, accompanied by a screaming sound. A partially visible watermark, "amberpictures.co.uk", is also shown near the center of the image.

The video finishes with the text "HAHAHAHA! YOU GOT PUNKED!!!!" along with some rolling credits. The song "Run To The Hills" by Iron Maiden plays throughout the end.
