screamer is a Scratch project made by starnec32 on June 25th, 2017. The screamer only occurs after you press the space bar on your keyboard, so the screamer almost can’t be triggered on mobile devices (almost because you can just tap the script in the Regan MacNeil sprite in the project editor and the screamer would trigger the same way).
The project at first just shows a blue and purple neon tunnel background, which can also be found in Scratch’s backdrop library. But 5 seconds after the space bar is pressed, a never ending, glitchy sound will start playing, and a picture of Regan MacNeil in her possessed form will appear a second later, along a loud scream. This scream can also be found in Scratch's sound library as "Scream2."
