The Scariest Pop-Up Ever!! is a screamer video made by YouTube user SubSilver2 on February 7, 2010, the video has now accumulated over 356,485 views.

The video starts with a montage of 5 random photos such as a puppy, a paper bag, or a laptop, here is a list of the following images in the slideshow:

  • A Puppy.
  • A Trampoline in the backyard
  • A Palm Tree in the sunset.
  • A Picture of Penguins.
  • A Television
  • A Linspire Desktop.

Shortly after the last 2 photos were shown at the end, which shows Cookie Monster and the McDonald French fries, at which point the screen cuts into a picture of Miley Cyrus along with a loud scream, it was obviously created as a joke and the title as well, but it is still unexpected to viewers.
