PBS And on 60 Second Version is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Elkinsinboxinc Audiovisual on June 3, 2015. The video starts with the 1986 PBS logo, which is frequently associated with PBS. However, after 57 seconds, the viewer is surprised with a close-up, zooming image of an ice cream man who appears with a scream as shocking as the infamous BND of Doom.
