Lady in Red was a screamer Flash animation created in 2002.[1]
The animation features a background image of a house pub with text that reads "Can you see the lady in red? 98% of people tested could not. For a clue, turn up the volume." After some time, a ghostly woman dressed in white suddenly appears in a graveyard and rapidly zooms in accompanied by a loud scream. Following the jumpscare, a text appears on the screen stating that "only a special few can see dead people" and describes the ghost's history. A "continue" button then appears with the ghost displayed on the side. It should be noted that the ghost in Lady in Red is the same one used in Blue.gif.
