Watch This While High is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user Ace42007 on April 5, 2007, The video has obtained over 1.2 million views as of 2020.
The video begins with a drawn smiling sun accompanied by the song "The Best Day Ever" from SpongeBob SquarePants, the picture then changes to SpongeBob after about 14 seconds. When the chorus begins, a picture of SpongeBob and Patrick appears. However, after 39 seconds, an array of disturbing images pops up with a loud, distorted sound, before cutting the scene into a black screen. These images include:
- A close-up of a mouth with missing teeth.
- A painting of a man wearing a gas mask with monster faces at the top of his head.
- A photograph of Joseph Merrick leaning against a chair.
- A hand with a screaming mouth on its palm.
- Darkane - Insanity
- A close-up of a woman's eye with visible veins.
- A drawing of an arm with two nails in it.
- A drawing of a zombie holding a woman's severed head.
- A peach-colored picture of a man's face with feathers in the top-right corner.
