"World's Best Illusion" is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube in July of 2007. The maker is user mandel94.
The Video
The video also begins with the trippy artistic image quite similar in appearance to a flower as instructions tell you to stare at the shape, until too late it reveals it's a screamer. Instead of anything scary, a normal bespectacled man appears with funny high-pitched sounds. However, after the credits, the face from What's Wrong? will appear with a high pitched scream.
