Happy-Halloween.gif is a screamer comic created by Kris Wilson, a co-creator of the Cyanide & Happiness webcomic. The comic was released on Halloween in 2018.
The comic features two characters discussing a serial killer described as being so "ugly" that it is impossible to photograph him; they claim that "everyone hands him the camera" instead. After a few seconds, the comic becomes animated as the characters in every panel shift their gaze toward the viewer. A Cyanide & Happiness character with a realistic, superimposed face then appears accompanied by flashing lights.
