The video's first 19 seconds show the video of Mr. Bean dancing to the song ''Mr. Boombastic''. All seems fine and dandy until halfway through the 19th second, where a ghost girl appears with a male scream that loops.
The first 19 seconds of the video showed Mr. Bean dancing until a picture of [[Kayako Saeki]] from ''Ju-On: The Grudge 2'' pops up, accompanied by looping audio of a loud scream. The channel logo can be seen at the bottom right of the video.
