Creatures Pre-Roll is an anti-smoking ad made by The Real Cost on July 15, 2015, which contains a screamer.
The ad starts with a dark setting and an animated cigarette box shaking. When the video reaches 4 seconds, a large, monstrous red spider-like creature jumps out from the box of cigarettes, roaring and repeatedly hitting the screen.
