Not to be confused with Tic Tac Toe Scary Edition.
Tic-Tac-Toe, also known as Scary Tic-Tac-Toe, was a Flash screamer game made by pyzam. The game disguises itself as a simple Tic-Tac-Toe game.
The player has to choose between X and O roles, and the objective is to compete against the computer. The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a diagonal, horizontal, or vertical row is the winner. Upon starting the game, the one who chose X must go first before the O's. However, after the computer blocks the player's way for the 2nd time, a shaking close-up picture of a replica zombie mask from The Evil Dead pops up accompanied by a loud female scream (originally Miss Havisham, portrayed by the late Martita Hunt, from the 1946 British drama film Great Expectations). As of 2018, the original screamer has been deleted.
There is an alternative version of this game, also made by pyzam, where the picture was replaced with the zombie with a green clown mask with pointy ears, yellow eyes, and its tongue sticking out. Both of these sites are closed.
